Wilson's Sporting Lodge is a rare four season outdoor adventure resort on the Southwest Miramichi River in McNamee, NB, offering accommodations for families, outdoor enthusiasts, corporate retreats, meetings, and weddings. The main lodge features a great room, commercial grade kitchen, full restaurant and bar, and guest rooms, plus riverside cottages totaling 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Guests enjoy ATVing, snowmobiling, walking trails, snowshoeing, a winter sliding hill, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, and fly fishing. Multiple PIDs are included (sixteen private fishing pools, 80 acres, 26,000 feet of riparian fishing rights). Lodge and cottages sit on about 6 acres, with remaining acreage and riparian frontage across additional parcels. This amount of private riparian water is unlikely to ever be replicated. Assessment and taxes reflect only one PID. Waterfront is known as Big Murphy.
